Zeng Yuheng, a project researcher and doctoral supervisor, earned his degrees from Zhejiang University and conducted postdoctoral research at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has specialized in crystalline silicon materials and silicon-based solar cells, with recent focus on TOPCon technology, developing high-efficiency solar cells exceeding 25% certified efficiency. With over 140 published SCI papers (70+ as lead/corresponding author) and 130+ national patent applications (40+ authorized), he has led or contributed to 30+ major research projects and received multiple prestigious awards, including the Zhejiang Science and Technology Award and the Si-PV Top Ten Contribution Award. Zeng has collaborated closely with photovoltaic companies, contributing to the development and industrial adoption of tubular PECVD equipment for TOPCon batteries. His main research areas include high-efficiency passivated contact silicon solar cells and perovskite/silicon tandem cells.
