Aarhus University’s Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics is recruiting a full-time postdoctoral fellow for the SNSF-funded project “AI-driven comparative QTLomics to accelerate crop improvement.” The fellow will integrate QTL, RNA-seq, and Gene Ontology data across plant species; build reproducible computational pipelines; combine phylogenomics and machine learning to prioritize candidate genes; and contribute software and web tools. Applicants should hold a PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field and have strong Python or R skills. Experience in machine learning, genomics, transcriptomics, evolutionary or plant biology, and large-scale or HPC analysis is relevant.
