The system comprises weighing sensors for measuring mineral separation and coal dressing rates, temperature sensors for measuring temperatures of a sintering furnace, a coke oven, a blast furnace and a converter, and flow sensors for monitoring flows of coke oven gas, blast furnace gas and converter gas, wherein the weighing sensors, the temperature sensors and the flow sensors transmit data to a server through a wireless communication module, the server is connected with the client side and used for achieving real-time monitoring, pushing the data processing information to the client side, judging whether production is abnormal or not, comparing production data in the ERP through the weighing sensors and the flow sensors, calculating real-time production efficiency in time, determining the production progress better, determining whether production is abnormal or not by comparing real-time data with average data of time periods, monitoring the temperature information of all furnaces in time through the temperature sensors, reflecting the temperature in the furnaces in real time, and when the temperature exceeds a threshold value, pushing the alarm information in time, and performing processing in time.
