The method comprises the steps that a preset model format file is obtained through MapGIS three-dimensional geoscience modeling software according to drilling data; importing a preset model format file based on Unreal Engine, setting project related parameter information, and reconstructing a complex geologic body model; gesture interaction actions are integrated, and a MapGISMRGeo application program is generated through Visual Studio packaging; after the MapGISMRGeo application program is started, the complex geologic body model is rendered, and a three-dimensional geologic body model of mixed reality is obtained; and performing visual interaction on the three-dimensional geologic body model of the mixed reality according to the gesture interaction action set. According to the method, the visualization effect and the interaction level of the three-dimensional geologic model are effectively enhanced through the combination of the 3D GI, the mixed reality technology and the HoloLens.
