The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a compact multiphase brick for a remelting aluminum furnace. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials; the weighed raw materials are fed into a mixing mill to be mixed, and mixed raw materials are obtained; pouring the mixed raw materials into a dense complex-phase brick mold for a remelting aluminum furnace, pressing by using an electric program-controlled brick press to obtain a pressed and molded brick, and discharging the brick; and gradually heating the high-temperature tunnel kiln according to a set heating system until the bricks are subjected to heat treatment, and then cooling. The compact multiphase brick has the beneficial effects that the apparent porosity of the whole material can be reduced, permeation channels of molten liquid are reduced, permeation of molten aluminum can be effectively reduced, and the wettability of the material and the melt is reduced; compatibility of multiphase materials is adopted, the thermal shock resistance and the scouring resistance of the refractory material of the lining of the smelting furnace can be improved, deep chemical reaction and physical permeation are weakened, the strength of the lining is improved, and mechanical damage is weakened; and the service life of the refractory lining material of the remelting aluminum furnace can be prolonged to about 5 years.
