The Center for Applied Biological Research (CIBA) had its beginnings more than 7 years ago, it was founded with the aim of being able to satisfy the needs of applied research and specialized laboratory services, in aquaculture, the fundamental objective is the development and promotion of scientific research, technological innovation and application of new technologies that contribute to the sustainable development of productive activities.

The Center for Applied Research (CIBA) has laboratories specialized in diagnostic techniques such as clinical pathology, clinical microbiology, radiology, histopathology and molecular biology, which, together with the technical assistance team, contribute to the control and prevention of diseases in farms.
