ALTERNATELY, THE IMPROVED BINDER MAY INCLUDE A FLUORIDE BEARING ACID IN COMBINATION WITH A BORON COMPOUND. IN A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT, A MODIFIED PART 1 BINDER COMPONENT INCLUDES A COMBINATION OF HYDROFLUORIC ACID AND AN INORGANIC SILICON COMPOUND.
