Discussion Review of the literature shows that tibioperoneal trunk aneurysms are rare, 1, 2, 3, 4 with few documented case reports. The treatment options include resection, bypass, ligation, and coil embolization. To the best of our knowledge, concurrent popliteal and tibioperoneal trunk aneurysms have not been described in the literature before. This case is interesting as it could have been treated in different ways. In considering an operative treatment for this patient, we considered the following options.
